Welcome! I am so glad you found your way here. As a fellow worrier, I understand how hard it can be to enjoy life's moments and live the life you want when stress, anxiety, or overwhelm takes over.

Using gold standard methods for treating anxiety, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help people reclaim their peace, purpose and joy in life!

Having worked in the mental health field for nearly two decades, I know the incredible transformation that can happen when someone is ready to make a change, and when they have the support, warmth, and guidance of a professional they trust. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with family and friends, camping, going for walks and hikes, exploring the wonders of the world, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee.​​
