To confirm coverage and to find out how much your insurance will cover for therapy, you can call the member services number on the back or your card and ask if Bright Mind Counseling is in-network with your plan, and what your coverage is for outpatient psychotherapy services.  Or, email us at hello@brightmindcounseling.com and we would be happy to run a benefits check for you anytime!

Even if your insurance is not listed, it is possible that you can get reimbursed from your insurance company for out-of-network services.  Feel free to reach out and we are happy to talk this through with you!

Other Forms of Payment Accepted

  • Cash

  • Credit

  • FSA/HSA

  • Out-of-network insurance plans (you may request a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement).

Benefits of Paying Out-of-Pocket

  • The number and length of your therapy sessions is determined by you and your therapist, not by an insurance company.

  • Your personal mental health information does not need to be shared with your insurance company.

Additional Information

When you receive out-of-network services, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.  For more information click here.
