Let's Work Together!

Welcome!  I am so glad you found your way here.   You have already taken a powerful step in considering therapy.  Now imagine what is possible when you give yourself the space to grow.  Whether you are facing a challenge that feels big or small, therapy can help.

Having worked in the mental health field for nearly two decades, I know the incredible transformation that can happen when someone is ready to make a change, and when they have the support, warmth, and guidance of a professional they trust.  If you are ready to make a change, I hope to be this person for you!

As a Certified Anxiety Specialist, and using gold standard methods of care, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we can work together to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, that's okay. I'm here to help you take that next step. Let’s connect for a free 15-minute consultation and see if we’re a good fit.

I look forward to meeting you!

Intake Forms & Payment

Using a secure client portal, complete your intake forms and upload your form of payment (accepted payment includes credit, insurance, FSA/HSA).

Intake Meeting & Goal Setting

Our first meeting is an opportunity to learn more about what brings you to therapy, and to begin creating a plan for helping you get from where you are now to where you want to be.  If you aren't sure what you want to get out of therapy, or how to put your thoughts and feelings into words, that is okay!  Figuring these things out is often a reason people come to therapy, and part of the therapeutic process!

Your Sessions

Each session is structured to support you in the current moment, while working toward your short-term and long-term goals. Sessions often include some combination of mindfulness work, checking in on how you are feeling that day (or recently), discussing any events or situations that might be helpful to process in therapy, identifying themes that might be showing up in your life, setting and reviewing goals, learning skills and strategies, and making action plans.
